海南省中医院为深入贯彻习近平总书记“4.13”重要讲话、《中共中央国务院关于支持海南全面深化改革开放的指导意见》、《中国(海南)自由贸易试验区总体方案》精神，进一步优化海南引才引智环境，针对外国友人和有特需医疗服务需求的人群开设国际医疗部。

海南省中医院国际医疗部以医院雄厚的中医药专家团队、精湛的医术、先进的医疗设备为依托，下设接诊专家组，涵盖我院名中医工作室、针灸推拿科、内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、医技等各科室专家。

国际医疗部开展电话、微信公众号、现场办理等多种形式的挂号预约服务。国际医疗部将根据预约提前安排就诊工作。预约者应当在预约的时间段内就诊，预约时间需要变更的应提前一天与医院联系提出变更要求。国际医疗部将竭诚为患者提供专业、安全、便捷、舒适的医疗健康服务。

我院国际医疗部接收外国学员学习，充分发挥中医药优势，面向国际弘扬中医药优秀文化，积极做好对外学术交流与合作。 　　

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the President Xi Jinping's important speech in "April 13th", Guidelines of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Supporting Hainan Province in Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Opening-up, and the General Plan for China (Hainan Province) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and to further optimize the environment of attracting talents in Hainan Province, Hainan Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine has established the International Medical Department for foreigners and those in want of special medical services. 　

With the support of a strong team of TCM experts, superb medical skills and advanced medical equipment, the International Medical Department has set up an expert group including the famous TCM studios, department of acupuncture and massage, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, paediatrics, medical technology department, etc. 　

The International Medical Department provides various forms of appointment services, such as onsite registration, telephone appointment, and WeChat public platform appointment. The department will arrange medical treatment in advance based on the appointment. Patients who have made an appointment should come to see the doctor within the time period of the appointment. If the appointment time needs to be changed, patients should contact the department one day in advance to apply for a change.The department will wholeheartedly provide professional, safe, convenient and comfortable medical and health services for patients.

The department accepts foreign students for internship to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, carry forward the excellent culture of traditional Chinese medicine to the world, and to actively conduct academic exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries.
